Meet Kendra, a dedicated and classically trained Pilates instructor with 17 years of experience in helping clients transform their bodies and lives through the power of Pilates. Kendra brings a wealth of knowledge, holding a Comprehensive training certification through Core Dynamics and B.S. in Exercise Physiology from WVU Class of 2000.
With a deep understanding of anatomy, movement mechanics, and the unique needs of each individual, Kendra creates personalized sessions that are both challenging and supportive.
As a 3rd generation legacy instructor, Kendra is committed to honoring the classical work created by Joseph Pilates, Eve Gentry and taught by Michele Larsson. She believes in spending time educating her clients on the rich history of Pilates, the Fundamentals and Movement Principles.
