Experience the energy of a Group Apparatus class.  These small group classes still allow for individual attention to clients needs and goals while being Motivating, Challenging and Invigorating!  

Private equipment lessons are a MUST for the beginner client and the client who needs extra attention in their Pilates training.  This is the BEST approach to teaching the Pilates Fundamentals, Movement Principles, Acclimation to the equipment and an understanding of the body in movement. These lessons may use a combination of Reformer, Chair and Cadillac. 

Group Mat Classes are a  great introduction to Pilates and more affordable than equipment classes.  These classes are designed to teach the basic fundamentals and movement principles of the Pilates method while still being challenging.  The exercises can be modified for any age, body or fitness level.

While Pilates is often associated with women, it has significant benefits for men including Core Strength and Stability, Increased Flexibility, Improved Athletic Performance, Joint Stability and Injury Prevention, Enhanced Mobility and Range of Motion, and Stress Relief and Mental Focus

Oh The Cadillac!  It deserves it's own description separate from what it can do and how it is used.


You see, the Cadillac was the first equipment invention by Joseph Pilates.  It was inspired by Joseph Pilates attaching bed springs to headboards of beds during World War I. Pilates is rich in history and it is the legacy of Joseph Pilates that is Classical Pilates!

Pilates is an excellent form of exercise for pregnancy.  Benefits include core strength, pelvic floor support, improved posture, flexibility and mobility, breath control and a mind body connection
